Brian delivered my new HondaCRV . He explained a lot of features of the car.. my CRV I had was a 2013 and there were many new functions ( like push button starter ) I had not seen. I spent the most time with Dell.. he came outside to greet me and my friend who came with me. He was enthusiastic about the CRV and took all the time needed to make sure my questions were answered… I left excited about finding the car I had hoped to find. As has been in all my service visits to this dealership, all the staff I interacted with were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Kenneth, the service technician, asked when I would need my Honda back all the staff I interacted with were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Kenneth, the service technician, asked when I would need my Honda back instead of just telling me when they would have it ready. He also contacted me throughout the process regarding recommended additional work and status of the service. Total cost was $25 less than estimated. More
