Craig is always great to deal with and explains everything thoroughly. Also went from leasing to purchasing vehicle. Sales staff was able to get me the lowest interest rate available. Alex was nice but not very knowledgeable of the car I was there to buy. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle as it was pre-owned (replace a headrest, mechanical repair). I was told there to buy. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle as it was pre-owned (replace a headrest, mechanical repair). I was told they would be taken care of within the first week of my purchase. Not only did I receive the run around from parts and service department but my car broke down less than 2 weeks after having it and I had to have it towed to the closest Auto Nation to have it serviced. This was a complete inconvenience and lack of compassion on Auto Nation Honda of Clearwater. More
