Alex was nice but not very knowledgeable of the car I was there to buy. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle as it was pre-owned (replace a headrest, mechanical repair). Not only did I receive the run around from parts and service department but my car broke down less than 2 weeks after having it and I had to have it towed to the closest Auto Nation to have it serviced. This was a complete inconvenience and lack of compassion on Auto Nation Honda of Clearwater. More
