Auto Nation Clearwater Fl service department needs additional training on customer services and support. When coming in for a scheduled maintenance appointment we had to wait in our car waiting for so additional training on customer services and support. When coming in for a scheduled maintenance appointment we had to wait in our car waiting for someone to wait on us to check in. We finally flagged down a person who was a bit confused on what to do and how to do it. We again had to wait. Until again we flagged down the same person and she looked and asked another service person to find out who we give our keys to. We sat in the service room waiting. It was an ok environment but i am happy that they are updating a new state of the art service center. More
