There was no hassling and I liked how she was eager to greet and acknowledge us as soon as we walked in. There was a hiccup when they did the oil change but the service was able to fix it promptly as I wouldn't expect a Porsche Diesel to be their expertise. This would have been a full 5 stars if it wasn't for Terry Wertz. The CFS we had the night before was great, but Terry seem frustrated and rushed. In example if he only would listen better he could perform his tasks much more efficiently. I had a limit for transactions from my bank to do transactions, thus I would have to pull funds from another account. I instructed Terry that there was a limit and to only charge a certain amount. He tried charging the full amount twice, thus declining the transaction. He got frustrated with the machine and rebooted his system. I thought maybe it was my bank that didn't increase the daily limit, but I called them the next day. They informed me he was trying to transact the full amount which wasn't an authorized transaction from me. As a "certified fund specialist" there was nothing certifiable or special about his performance, listening skills, or customer interaction. I wouldn't go into depths about my encounter with him if it weren't for using my other funds account. I asked to withdraw a certain amount as well, and he declined to follow instructions. He ran the card for the full amount. Now I have substantial funds set in a two-day settlement processing hold messing up several accounts and costing me a small fortune as funds aren't available yet. Being in the financial aspect of auto retail, Terry should understand how important clearing of funds are. If he only had listened to the customer in the first place his job wouldn't be as complicating and I wouldn't have to be dealing with my financial institutions with his mess up. He put his priorities ahead of the customer and I would never use him as a "certified financial specialist" in any aspect. He is not one I would trust with money as he seems to not understand how monetary exchanges take place. A simple transaction was too much for him, and if I asked to pull a certain mount and he charges a different amount that is disreputable and untrustworthy! More

I always have a great experience with AutoNation Honda in Clearwater. Craig Lipply is my regular service representative, and he provides friendly service and attention to his customer's needs.
