Had to wait over three hours for a routine 24 point inspection. I asked specifically for my vehicle to be washed after servicing. it wasn't, so that took an additional hour and a half to complete. I was told I needed a new air filter, a new cabin filter and soon, an alignment. I checked both filters, myself and they were like brand new. In addition, my tires have great tread depth and there is absolutely no need for an alignment. My vehicle is the top of the line Honda Accord 2.0 turbo Touring edition. My service at you dealership continues to be poor, time after time. WHY? Perhaps the General Manager or the service manager should call me, to hear my concerns regarding this dealership. More
I have always liked Autonation, I purchased three cars from them. The problem I had today was I had to wait a little longer. I had Ken as a service person, he was very helpful.
