Craig Lipply has been my service adviser for years. I was having problems with my check engine light coming on and going off periodically and no one seemed to know what was causing it. These two knowledgeable and kind people did a phenomenal job keeping me informed with a detailed report of the the repairs that were needed and the estimated time frame to complete said repairs. I so appreciate them because they both went above and beyond. I picked up my car yesterday and so far am pleased with the repair although I haven’t had a chance to drive it extensively.
