First experience was a bad one. had appt for service. sat there for 2.5 hours and they said they didn’t know who’s car it was so they let it sit there. manager comped my service the had appt for service. sat there for 2.5 hours and they said they didn’t know who’s car it was so they let it sit there. manager comped my service the next time i came in because i couldn’t wait any longer that day. they made good on it. Things happen, at least they made me a happy customer in the end. i will take my vehicle here again. More

I purchased my vehicle new in 2019 and have had all service/maintenance provided by this dealership.The customer service Manager( Craig ?) is an outstanding professional , conscientious and insightful service/maintenance provided by this dealership.The customer service Manager( Craig ?) is an outstanding professional , conscientious and insightful individual. I found a simple oil change and tire rotation appointment to be exasperating and untimely, and somewhat frustrating, if it were not for the customer service manager I would be taking my business elsewhere.
