My review is for the quality of the paid maintenance. 5 days after maintenance was done, car battery died. The receipt from the maintenance service states battery tested OK. It is disappointing as the reason why the car is taken to maintenance is to avoid the inconvenience of getting stranded for these situations (maintenance should catch up the battery was low). The battery test OK and 5 days later dies when the history of maintenance of the car is that all is perfect. Please understand this makes me doubt about the quality of the maintenance performed to the car. The rating for Average, is due that I have been a customer and taken the car to maintenance for over 4 years, this is the first time it happened, however only takes 1 instance to makes the whole experience disappointing.
