On Aug 4th I purchased a 2022 Pilot from AutoNation Honda in Clearwater and had a great experience. Christian Alba was fantastic. I inquired about a car on a Tue. He reached out, asked some questions and in in Clearwater and had a great experience. Christian Alba was fantastic. I inquired about a car on a Tue. He reached out, asked some questions and in 3 hours provided me with a great deal and pictures all over the phone. There was no need to negotiate it was simple. Based on the results they saved me thousands compared to the other dealers I visited. I went in Thursday to sign my paperwork as Christian was off Wed. No pressure at all. Christian came to pick me up as I dropped off my loaner. I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. During the process I met with Eric who is the GM and CJ sales manager. They wanted to make sure everything was to my liking. Plus all the people there look like they truly enjoy their work. Basically she said my problem might be big bucks, didn’t analyze it and said I would have to come back another day. Yes it was later in the day so why make the appointment if you can’t diagnose the problem which is what I needed. Almost didn’t come back but glad I got a good rep the second time.
