Efficient, friendly and customer focused I am a single female senior citizen and had visited a couple dealerships before AutoNation looking for a specific certified used Honda model. My experience at AutoNation was pleasantly unique. The vehicle I inquired about on the phone was parked at the door ready for me to test drive it when I arrived. The salesman, Kurtis, greeted me when I arrived and immediately started showing me how to operate the features of the vehicle. Then we went for a test drive. Rather than feeling pressured to purchase a vehicle, I felt that the staff there was more concerned with attending to my concerns and questions. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this company. This is how car buying should be, unlike those dreaded deeds like going to a job interview or trying on a bathing suit in a dressing room with florescent lights. More

Then that's it, I was the one that had to keep calling them to see where we stood with the banks and then everyone kept telling me something different. Our credit isn't even that bad we just owe more on the trade in then what it is worth but instead of being straight forward they make you feel like you aren't worth their time! I guess since we don't look like dollar signs to them we aren't customers! I'm really disappointed but it's ok I'll go to the next dealer that does want my business! More

Great Expereince Car salesmen and car dealerships generally have a terrible reputation and most consumers literally hate having to deal with them. My experience at AutoNation Honda however has made me a believer that honest car salesmen with integrity actually exist out there. Thanks to Rod Kuzmanoski ,my salesmen, went above and beyond in locating the car I wanted. It was not easy as there were only 3-4 in the entire state of FL that met my requirements. While trying to locate my car they gave me a brand new car as a loaner. I will be recommending Rod to anyone and everyone I know who might be in the market for a car, new or used. They can be safe in assuming that Rod will be honest and completely upfront with them and not be a high pressure sales person like many. AutoNation is lucky to have such a sales person on their sales staff. Also Natalie who is their customer relations person was also awesome as well. BL More

The staff, Heather and Job did an excellent job, I did an inquiry from the web, so I pretty much already had my mind made up on the Odyssey, One of the first things that rocked was Heather the Internet Mgr getting me financed with a pretty low rate for a ten year old van, Job the salesman did an excellent job in going over the details of the van. They were both well organized and explained everything in detail. The van itself runs great, no issues what so ever. They even arranged to have it brought over to my home in Gulfport. I will definitely be going back next year. More

I question their customer service I've had problems with AutoNation Honda Clearwater since the day I purchased my car from them. However, their GM fixed what I had an issue with, FINAL I've had problems with AutoNation Honda Clearwater since the day I purchased my car from them. However, their GM fixed what I had an issue with, FINALLY after 5 months. The main issue I have is their lack of customer service from their sales but mainly their finance department. Nathan Draus (Director of Finance) actually had the gall to HANG UP on me as I was trying to explain my situation to him. If I hadn't called the GM I never would have got my situation taken care of. The price is alright. The customer service...not so much. More

My husband called ahead of time to let AutoNation Honda know that we were coming. As soon as we showed someone was there greet us. We mentioned our name and he knew right away who we were and who we needed know that we were coming. As soon as we showed someone was there greet us.
