I needed new shoes and alignment. I had my appointment and after a few hiccups, they were missing advisors, the Service Director came and helped me. He helped me the whole time I was there, 7 hours for ti and after a few hiccups, they were missing advisors, the Service Director came and helped me. He helped me the whole time I was there, 7 hours for tires alignments and some fluids. They have a new system that you send them a text and he came to me when I needed him. He sent me texts every hour I was there. I think this elevates the service experience to new level. I definitely felt like a VIP. I wish the Director could help me every time I come in. Don’t tell Ken because he is my usual and is also great but Alan definitely is the best “advisor” I’ve ever had. More
