I bought this car from the dealership in 2014 and I love the car. The service is really good most of the time. 9/4/21 was an exception in that Timothy did not communicate with me that he wouldn't be finis the car. Went to the dealership to have my battery replaced. Already called AAA to jump start me so I could get to the dealership. Called Honda roadside service who sent out AAA, only for the same technician that sent me to the dealership, find out that the battery cables were not properly connected.
