I worked with Jerry and he was great--very professional and able to explain what my car needed clearly, as well as give me a good estimate on how long it could take. The shuttle they have for maintenance that takes a while is fantastic, they have their own in-house drivers instead of depending on uber or lyft. I didn't even have to wait around, and I had a great ride back to wait at home until my car was ready for me to pick up. More

Took my new car n for a rattle , met My rep. David Nagel right on time. He explained the process and before I could Arrange a ride to pick me up, he called me to say the problem was fixed. After receiving a notice in the mail of a Recall on my Honda Passport, I read the notice carefully, and called my Autonation Honda dealership. I spoke to a person in the Service Department, who made an ap Honda Passport, I read the notice carefully, and called my Autonation Honda dealership. I spoke to a person in the Service Department, who made an appointment with me to bring in my car for this safety recall. The Notice mailed to me said that it would take up-to two hours to complete, and being this car is my sole means of transportation, I could live with that. Upon arriving to Autonation Honda, and speaking with my Service Rep, I was told that instead of the two hour wait, it would 4-6 hours! I told her that the car was my only car, and asked her if I could be provided a complementary Loaner vehicle, and I was told she would contact me soon to set-up another dealership visit. It’s now been several weeks, and I haven’t been contacted for this safety recall. Disappointing! More
