Everyone was nice and did their best to help me. I had to leave and come back next day to get my battery replaced because they were understaffed on the 1st day but luckily my battery held on long en I had to leave and come back next day to get my battery replaced because they were understaffed on the 1st day but luckily my battery held on long enough. I also came in a week later when my car key broke & I got taken care of same day in less than 1 hr. Bret in the parts dept was amazing each visit and was very knowedgeable and helpful each visit, I came back to this location because I felt he was very reliable. Thank you! More

Got to dealership early and was greeted by a young lady and she checked me in and said she would get the service advisor (Joe Krizek). Joe came out and i told him i was there to get a recall taken care of and she checked me in and said she would get the service advisor (Joe Krizek). Joe came out and i told him i was there to get a recall taken care of but i also had a code on my car from Feb when i purchased the car which at the time they had no solution to take care of it.He explained it may take a long time to take care of it so i decided to just have the recall taken care of which he said would take about 1 and a half hours. Joe came in the waiting room about an hour and a half later and said both issues would be done in about an hour. Great job Joe!! More

It starts with making the appointment with the rude yawning lady at the call center. I left a message for my service advisor and never heard back from him. Took the car in, never received a for a c yawning lady at the call center. I left a message for my service advisor and never heard back from him. Took the car in, never received a for a call or text that my car was ready. They failed to put back on the caps on my tire stems and did not reset the tire pressure and oil percentage. I tried to call the dealership but no one there answers the phone. Had to drive another 60 miles round trip to get issues corrected. Worse customer service in every way possible. More
Joe was very informative every time I contacted him. He advised me as to what they found when working on my car and how much it will be to fix it.
