When I called to schedule the appointment the gentlemen told me that they were two weeks booked out, when I asked him why he placed me on hold then got me in on Monday at 8:30am. Thrilled that he accommoda told me that they were two weeks booked out, when I asked him why he placed me on hold then got me in on Monday at 8:30am. Thrilled that he accommodated me, I promptly arrived 5 minutes early for them to assist everyone in front and behind me finally tending to me around 9. Then I get a call from Brandon letting me know that two of my lug nuts on my tires are messed up and they wanted to charge me $750 to replace them. I find it weird I never had issues with them and now they stripped them and are charging me for there mistake. Then the next day I find one of the lug nutsthey broke in my glove box. I usually always come here and have an amazing experience, this time was a nightmare and my right rear tire driver has two broken lug nuts. Thanks Honda of chandler! Will not b back and will spread the word!!! More
Poor communication. Needed shuttle pickup. Asked shuttle driver how that was handled. Shuttle driver said that I would just let my service tech know when he texted th Needed shuttle pickup. Asked shuttle driver how that was handled. Shuttle driver said that I would just let my service tech know when he texted that service was done and it was ready for pickup and that they closed at 5pm. Ok, but when I texted nobody replied. When I called, I got a voicemail (both the service tech and the service desk). I had to pack up the family and drive to the dealership. Communication with Autonatiom is one direction. The don’t listen or seem to care what the customer needs. They just text out that your car is done without monitoring for things like the need for a shuttle that you signed up for in the morning. More
