This is my first time at this dealership. I have purchased or at least 20+ vehicles from Tempe Honda. I have found everyone to be friendly, and professional. My only feedback would be since I have done so many vehicles I understand the process. My disappointment was that it took 4 1/2 hours to complete this transaction. I don’t need everything explained to me when I’ve shared that I’ve purchased a lease this many vehicles. It may be standard practice, but I think a better option for a customer like me would be to touch on each topic and ask me what I want explained or what I am interested in. To go over every option was just frustrating. I have worked with Efy for 20+ years and plan on continuing. He is honest, hard-working, and I trust him. More
