I LOVE my dealership! The air conditioner on my 05 Odyssey suddenly started blowing hot air... I was a bit concerned that I had just had this problem a little over a year ago and had paid $1000+ the f Odyssey suddenly started blowing hot air... I was a bit concerned that I had just had this problem a little over a year ago and had paid $1000+ the first time around. I called the service dept and they told me to bring it right in! They are so hospitable when you arrive. They give you a cold water bottle and try to make you as comfortable as possible... They brought me a rental car asap and I was on my way! They diagnosed the car that evening and had a result for me first thing in the morning... and then Tad was extremely kind and understanding as he listened to my frustrations and concerns. I spoke to Jared the next day and even though my car is way out of warranty, he understood my problem and helped me resolve it quickly and to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the result, and confident that even though the problem I experienced was not technically their responsibility, Honda stands behind their stuff, genuinely cares about their customers, and will go the extra mile to make the customer happy... even if it means throwing in little "extras" that in the long run always make all the difference. I appreciate the listening ear on a tough day, and the down-to-earth approach that means that I always feel welcome and comfortable at my dealership. I have never had a bad experience at SanTan Honda.... and I'll be waiting to thank the lady that always calls the next day to make sure everything is okay. Thanks Tad, Thanks Jared! Tad was very professional and made sure my car's needs were met. He told me of coupons the dealership had to help save me some money on my service visit. My vehicle needed a molding strip as well for wh were met. He told me of coupons the dealership had to help save me some money on my service visit. I was met by Jeff in the Express Lane. The car was due for a service interval however, I had concerns about a recall pertaining to the vehicles brake system. Jeff was neither dismissive or showing false interest and that is what I appreciate most in customer service. San Tan Honda has a GREAT facility in which to wait. The waiting rooms with large flat screen TVs, compfortable seats and WI-FI to Complimentary coffee, doughnuts and fruit made the stay pleasant and afforded an opportunity to talk to other Honda owners. My final remarks about San Tan Honda are that Jeff knew that my time was valuable and he made sure that the results were acceptable and most importantly, his price quote was down to the penny! Customer service was phenomenal. Tad took care of me quickly and when I asked to speak to finance, I was approached by another courteous employee who offered to help. SanTan Honda is more customer focused than other dealers that I have worked with. They work towards a fair outcome. From a service perspective, I only had one minor issue. The work I had done required a programming change to the security feature that will not let the car start if the programming code in the key doesn't match the car's computer. After finding out the hard way that my second set of keys didn't work, I contacted the dealership and they resolved it promptly and at no cost. I only wish they would have asked if I had a second set of keys to reprogram! Overall, I would recommend them. I purchased a used vehicle here, and they were more than competitive on the amount they offered for my trade. I worked with two sales people -- both were upfront and didn't waste my time. They told me what the dealer could do and let me make the decision. More
