I typically make an appt for service with Darien, fantastic to work with but I had learned that express service could also assist with the tires if I couldn't make a set appt. so I was priveleged to work with Steve, definitely will call on him again in future as well as continue to work with Darien when I make a set appointment. Darien also offerred to assist with another side issue we had with a battery that was under warranty so it goes without say that Santan Honda really goes above and beyond. I just bought a used S2000 two months ago and my A/C stopped working. I took it in and there was a crack and the system was contaminated. The whole system had to be replaced, at a substantial cost to th stopped working. I took it in and there was a crack and the system was contaminated. The whole system had to be replaced, at a substantial cost to the dealership. I know it was covered, but there was no attempt to sidestep the issue. Nick returned my calls in a timely manner and when one of the parts was damaged in shipping, another was overnighted. There was an apology, but no excuses. Nick's not even the shipper! I called a few days later to ask about how it was running and if it was normal to "cycle on and off", he asked a tech and called me back saying it was normal. Nick has been great to work with an I will request him going forward. More

I purchased my new 2006 Civic from this dealership before it moved south to it's current location. I have stayed with this dealership and won't have my Honda serviced at any other location due to the honesty it moved south to it's current location. I was very pleased with the time I spent at SanTan Honda. My oil change was done in a very timely manner and everyone was very helpful. We bought our last three cars at SanTan Honda because they absolutely gave us the best price with no tricks or gimmicks. They do the same in the service area. A specific example of why I go there for routine service is as simple as the oil change; they clean the excess oil off before giving us back our cars and we never have any drips like we have experienced at other service facilities.
