Great customer service! I recently had a battery fail (common in AZ). I got a jump and drove over to the Service Center without an appointment. Not only was the battery replaced, but a full inspection and car wash was performed. Rebecca explained everything in detail, ensured I had no questions. I was told to bring my car in & they would look at asap. That was the wrong information so I had to leave car, that was ok. But, I feel I should have been offered the sanitary disinfectant for Covid. When, I asked to verify it was done like last time, I found out it is now a $30 charge which I would have happily paid had I known. So, I rode home in AZ heat with all the windows done and my mask on. Otherwise, they were professional and gave me a discount on my service. More
