I have used this dealership a long time. I was a customer when it was located at Alma School and Broadway in Mesa and followed as it became SanTan Honda in Chandler. I have always found the service advisors to be helpful, prompt, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I like it when the service advisors give me advice and give me detailed information about the repair that they are recommending so I can make an informed decision. The employees I mentioned above in this review, I would recommend them. I have always found the facility to be clean, quiet and the staff friendly. I will be back. More

Although I didn't buy this car at San Tan Honda (I bought it at the high point of gas prices in 2008 and Hybrids were hard to find so I used a broker to find it) it has been serviced exclusively here. I have always had great service, from the service writers and cashiers to the shuttle driver, all are excellent! Because of this when I was looking for a used car for my daughter I went to San Tan Honda and had a great experience with the sales staff as well. Highly recommend! More

In business today, I have noticed what I would describe a downfall, loss of focus, when it comes to customer service; many companies are concerned more with their revenue. Any longstanding successful business, which relies on a loyal customer base, however, knows that the key is in how your customers are treated. If a customer doesn't like how he/she is treated by a business, more so than not, he/she will not only take his/her business elsewhere...but will also be sure to share all his/her negative with anyone willing to listen. I've been going to SanTan Honda for over two years and drive out of my way to take our Odyssey there because of the exceptional staff & service we always receive from EVERYONE. They are always extemely polite, professional and we've never had a "surprise" bill or felt that unnecessary service recommendations were being given. The dealership has a kids room which makes it more convenient for me to take my small children and we've even taken advantage of the van shuttle to the mall before. My kids actually love going to the service center & think it's a really fun outing! More

The air conditioner was malfunctioning and I had just finished a round of golf in a 114 degree temperature. So I took my car in around 2PM without an appointment. The waiting area and friendliness of everyone made my experience more comfortable. I also want to thank Fernando for the diagram showing where the problem was. This was a nice touch. This was when they were still Honda Cars of Mesa - the reason they changed their name and didn't even use "Honda Cars of" when they moved is apparently due to the terrible reputation they had in their old location so they didn't want to risk using any portion of their old name (according to other Honda dealerships in the valley). Not only was I lied to and told the adjuster hadn't seen the car when in fact they had already received the check to fix it 5 days before, they still did not start work for another week and took 2 1/2 months to complete the work (according to other reputable sources I have used before, a job that should have taken 3 weeks to do), and tried to keep it another week blaming the insurance company for not listing a seatbelt even though they had had the vehicle torn apart for months and knew that the driver's bag had deployed and the seatbelt was probably damaged. My vehicle was also returned filthy, with dirty rags thrown into it, and I was treated rudely every time I asked when the vehicle would be done. Their mechanics were even incapable of screwing in a headlamp correctly, which was discovered by Tempe Honda (where I bought my Pilot) when I complained to them months later that one of my headlights was pointed at the ground. If there was a way to rate this company with a zero, I would. More
