I brought my car in for a oil and fluid change they were very fast checking me in. I wait in the waiting room which was very pleasant, had computers, guest Wi-Fi, a vending machine area. We had to take our 6 month old Pilot in for service because the ac went out. They had the car 2 days and still not fixed. They have to order a part. Very unhappy that in only six months the ac broke because the ac went out. They had the car 2 days and still not fixed. They have to order a part. Very unhappy that in only six months the ac broke! Joey did a great job facilitating the repainting of my car due to a warranty issue. The team did a fantastic job and my car looks like new. They even provided a loaner vehicle while my car was in their sh car due to a warranty issue. The team did a fantastic job and my car looks like new.
