I have taken by Accord in for service and Jorge Bejarano has been very helpful, courteous and professional at all times. Jorge always ensures that we are aware of the time required for our vehicle maintenan has been very helpful, courteous and professional at all times. Jorge always ensures that we are aware of the time required for our vehicle maintenance, ensures we are comfortable and/or provides alternate transportation if needed. My daughter took her vehicle in for service and Jorge was very helpful to her, he provide alternate transportation and kept both of us informed on the status of her vehicle. I appreciate all the effort Jorge puts forth to his customers. Jorge is a professional, he cares about his customers and provides the upmost customer service to his clients. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Chad who had been assigned as my service representative per a previous phone conversation. Chad carefully discussed the services I requested giving me a quote. When the services were completed he gave me a detailed printout of what was done and what(in this case nothing) further services were suggested be completed at a later date. Chad then thanked me for using the San Tan Honda Service Dept. and asked me to contact him if I had any questions or found anything unsastifactory. The service and customer servvice could not have been better. If only other companies would adapt San Tan Honda's customer service model, it would be a much better world for customers. More

Took care of us promptly, went beyond the expected and made us feel as if our needs were the most im professional, courteous and mindful of our time. I LOVE my dealership! The air conditioner on my 05 Odyssey suddenly started blowing hot air... I was a bit concerned that I had just had this problem a little over a year ago and had paid $1000+ the f Odyssey suddenly started blowing hot air... I was a bit concerned that I had just had this problem a little over a year ago and had paid $1000+ the first time around. I called the service dept and they told me to bring it right in! They are so hospitable when you arrive. They give you a cold water bottle and try to make you as comfortable as possible... They brought me a rental car asap and I was on my way! They diagnosed the car that evening and had a result for me first thing in the morning... and then Tad was extremely kind and understanding as he listened to my frustrations and concerns. I spoke to Jared the next day and even though my car is way out of warranty, he understood my problem and helped me resolve it quickly and to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the result, and confident that even though the problem I experienced was not technically their responsibility, Honda stands behind their stuff, genuinely cares about their customers, and will go the extra mile to make the customer happy... even if it means throwing in little "extras" that in the long run always make all the difference. I appreciate the listening ear on a tough day, and the down-to-earth approach that means that I always feel welcome and comfortable at my dealership. I have never had a bad experience at SanTan Honda.... and I'll be waiting to thank the lady that always calls the next day to make sure everything is okay. Thanks Tad, Thanks Jared!
