I took my car in for transmission and power steering flushes and asked them to rotate my tires. It turned out one of my tires was creating road noise after the rotation. The next day I called Nick flushes and asked them to rotate my tires. It turned out one of my tires was creating road noise after the rotation. The next day I called Nick in Service and asked about this new noise. He said my front left tire was couping. I asked him what that meant and he explained. When I asked him if there was any chance of a blow-out from this, Nick said, "No. I wouldn't have let you leave the parking lot, if there had been any chance of that." I appreciated Nick's patience in explaining and addressing my questions and concerns. He was very polite and helpful. Good job! More
We brought our car into the express oil section and was helped by Jorge Bejarano. He was very proffessional and courteous. He got our car's oil changed and a free car wash. We had an issue then through their inspection that we needed a new battery. He was very understanding of our situation and was able to get us a new battery at the same time and it didn't take very long. I would reccommend everyone to go see Jorge and use him as your service advisor. More
Making the best of a bad situation is what Steve did for me. My vehicle was at the dlr for an oil change, 2 days later my VSA & MIL indicator came on. I called & got Steve on the phone, he got me in right away. They did a full diagnostic ($110.00! but I can't blame Steve for that) and found nothing, hopefully it was just a gliche as I explained to him I was taking a trip to CA. the next day and needed to make sure my CRV was running perfectly, as it always is. I only service my vehicle at San Tan Honda and have since the opening of this dealership. I hope to continue a lengthy relationship with them for my next Honda purchase as well. Tad was able to arrange an appointment for me despite his busy service schedule. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately. I have brought my car here for service for three years, and everyone has always been very friendly. My car is always finished quickly, the free carwash is great, and I appreciate the shuttle service. Jorge was a fantastic service advisor. I came in for an oil change, he got me in immediately, showed me around the dealership and when the service was completed he went over the inspection sheet with me an oil change, he got me in immediately, showed me around the dealership and when the service was completed he went over the inspection sheet with me and let me know what was needed. I had all the trust in the world with him not to mislead me like other dealers have in the past, and explained each service in great detail. When he told me how long the service would take he offered me a rental vehicle and sent me on my way. He gave me updates periodically through the day and I was never once in question of how well my vehicle was being treated. I would HIGHLY recommend Jorge to anybody in need of any service work!! More

I was recommended to Jorge at San Tan Honda by an associate. Funny, since I drive a Chevy truck. Jorge is a huge asset representing the face of the dealership with customers. I would recommend Jorge at San Tan Honda to anyone needing service and/or repair on their vehicle, no matter what that make. More
