I took my Honda Odyssey to the Santan Honda Service department for a problem with the transmission. My van had 130,000 miles on it so I was planning on a replacement needed. The service department reviewed the van and determined I did need a new transmission and a new power steering pump. (The power steering pump had been previously "fixed" by another dealership). My service agent Mike did a great job of informing me of the issues and even contacted Honda to get part of the service completed under warranty! They replaced the transmission and fixed a number of other items all for the price they originally quoted. I got my van back, all fixed but the following morning the shift was very rough. The catch was it only did it once and only first thing in the morning. I immediately called Mike and let him know. He talked with the service people and called me back the same day. We decided to give it a few days and see it worked itself out. It did not so I took the van back in. They gave me a loaner car to use while they worked on my car. Since the problem only presented itself in the morning it took them a few days to diagnosis the problem. Mike did a great job of staying in touch and letting me know a status. In the end, Honda determined the replaced transmission was defective and replaced it. When I came to pickup my van it was parked upfront, cleaned and ready to go. I have had no issues since it was replaced. The service at SanTan was great. The staff was friendly, organized and prompt. They stayed in contact and did the work for the price stated even when things changed. I will definitely use them again. More

I brought my 04 Odyssey in for the timing belt replacement at 98,400 mi. While inspecting & servicing the vehicle the following parts were found in need of replacement. Front brakes, front & sid replacement at 98,400 mi. While inspecting & servicing the vehicle the following parts were found in need of replacement. Front brakes, front & side engine mounts, water pump & coolant, transmission fluid, power steering & com. belts, and belt adjuster. I was notified prior to the additional service work being done. Next year I'll have the spark plugs replaced and then the vehicle should be good for another 100,000 mi. Dustin McBride was very professional in handling this service work. Although the work exceeded what I expected to be done at this time, I'm happy that the worn parts were replaced so I won't have problems on the road. More

Santan Super Store is the very reason you use a Dealer for repair. They know what they are doing, and they do it very well! All good repair service boils down to two things. 1: Your Service Writer, and for repair. They know what they are doing, and they do it very well! If you are not comfortable with who you are dealing with, Santan encourages you to ask for a service writer you can communicate well with. For me it is Mike Culbertson. Santan Honda not only provides the highest standard of service, they also provide the highest level of professionalism. I highly recommend to any cautious consumer to go in to Santan Honda Service Department and ask for Darien Humbert, and they too will be able to say I no longer worry when it's time to have my vehicle serviced, I just go to Santan Honda and they take care of the rest!! Scheduled a service appointment Wednesday, January 4th for Friday January 6th. My honda is a company car and the maintenance is managed and paid by GE Fleet. I gave this information to the scheduler when I booked appointment and asked if they were an authorized dealer and could perform the work and bill GE. She placed me on hold and told me yes and we booked the appointment. When I arrived, my service advisor asked me why I was there. I gave him my GE Fleet information, he asked that I wait in the customer lounge. He came back about 30 minutes later and said that I would have to give him a credit card for the oil change and maintenance, etc. He said he called GE Fleet, and his company would have to wait for payment via a check from GE, he said his company could not await the payment. I asked him why I was not told this when I booked the appointment and he shrugged his shoulders. There was no survey attached to complete with my statement of work. SanTan did perform a fluid check and washed my car. Unfortunately, I did not book an appointment for a car wash. I feel that since I explained the fleet issue to the person responsible for booking the appointment it should have been looked into a bit further and I should have been given the option of booking or not booking the appointment. I felt I received extremely poor customer service. More

I now have an older Honda Accord (have owned Honda since 2000) that I am trying to baby since it is now approaching 177K miles. I have found that the dealership estimates either beat or are close enough that I decided to give dealership service a second chance. I had a one time visit with Superstition Springs Honda and had multiple issues with their customer service and repair quality. My complaint was addressed and I had San Tan Honda take over my car service from there. I have been pleased with their customer service (both over the phone and in person), service quality and prices. I have taken my car to see them a few times in the past 1.5 years. They have multiple options for their clients while they wait for the service repair such as a rental car for the day, a computer internet lounge and very comfortable chairs to relax on while you wait. I am very pleased with the service reps giving me advise on which service to do next as the list for my 2001 is quite long. They are very honest in letting me know which repairs need to be done now for safety reasons, which one to do next and which ones can wait. They are great at trying to squeeze you into a same day appointment. Thanks San Tan!! More
