I have worked with Service Advisors Keith W. and Joe K., who were both very helpful and knowledgeable about my car and its needs. Answered my questions about cost/time required for service. They understood who were both very helpful and knowledgeable about my car and its needs. Answered my questions about cost/time required for service. They understood my current request and were able to answer car questions and its future needs. Had no issues making the appointments online, arriving, dropping the car, and hanging out in the waiting room. Work was completed sooner than expected. I did have issues with the people who answered the main service phone line and the online chat -- I asked how much cost/time for a specific service and they couldn't answer; I tried various times/days to ask my questions. Keith/Joe could answer right away, so there do exist people who have the knowledge that the phone staff could have asked. I need to know how long a service should last to plan whether I drop off or stay. Please provide your phone and chat staff more references/resources or put expected time/cost online with the appointment request. More
