The employees are friendly and honest which is always appreciated in the car business. Have had zero issues with service at this location, things are done timely and in a correct manner. Wait room is comfortable and the parts/accessories shop is a cool little place to look through. The service representatives really make the experience though. My last oil change was a drive in with no appointment and they also took care of my 15k mile inspection and still had me out within 2 hours of arriving. Recommend this location for anyone with a Honda in need of service. More

Everytime I go there, everytime, they say my advisor is off today/at lunch/on break. I don't have an advisor, it"s not like I take my car in and say "let me see Jimmy he's my guy!" I get they assign apts f off today/at lunch/on break. I don't have an advisor, it"s not like I take my car in and say "let me see Jimmy he's my guy!" I get they assign apts for commission purposes and understand, but that kind of thing should be kept behind the curtain, not obvious to the customers. They also were so slammed they only did the bare minimum, could have upsold me bigtime. I even asked them to check battery connections and replace, they acted like too much of an inconvenience and too much time, ultimately didn't get done. Seems like standards have fallen in the age of the pandemic. More
