I had an great customer experience with my service advisor Rebekah Moyza. Sure she explained all the necessary information before service and thereafter as well but it was the way in which she conduct advisor Rebekah Moyza. Rebekah was very kind and informative. She kept in touch with every step of the way and did not pressure me into any extra services (main reason I will be back). The young gentlemen that greeted me when I pulled my car in were always making sure I was comfortable each time they passed my car, asking if i needed anything (water, coffee, etc..) and kept me entertained with funny songs about my CRV. Rebekah was kind enough to message me and make sure everything is still running well after the service. I will be requesting her from now on. Thank you to everyone in the honda service center from the guys in the shop who got my car done quickly, the wonderful greeters / vallet that kept me entertained, to Rebekah who was kind through the entire process. I fully understand that so many companies are running half staffed and it can be rough. I do hope all of you see this and remember to keep the positive smiles and kind gestures going.
