My wife went there for an oil change, when she picked the car up from the overpriced service the gloves was not reinstalled properly and would not close. Just had the usual oil and filter change, plus tire rotation. Service advisor informed us of the time needed and kept us updated on ETA. Scott called and let me know which other service items were needed, provided an estimate, and the services were completed below estimate (Scott applied a coupon on my behalf due to the volume of work being done), up to standards, and in a courteous, professional manner. I will always come back to and highly recommend AutoNation Honda Chandler for any car experience, whether that’s buying a car or just getting service, where the employees treat you like family and treat your car as if it’s their own. There is a lot of value knowing that the job gets done right and NOT having to worry if a technician overtightened a screw causing a leak or used an inferior part or product. More
Took my vehicle in for a routine service and a transmission service. My advisor was Michael Craig who took very good care of me. I took my car there the previous service and waited longer than exp transmission service. My advisor was Michael Craig who took very good care of me. I know that mistakes are made but what impressed me was how they dealt with it. They were Professional and it actually meant something to them when I told the Mgr if my disappointments.
