Came in for ONLY an oil change BUT. ... The vehicle inspection report (and text from the service advisor) recommended 2 major services. HOWEVER, those services were completed during my ... The vehicle inspection report (and text from the service advisor) recommended 2 major services. HOWEVER, those services were completed during my last major visit (August) yet no one looked befor asking. Luckily I asked him to check my history and sure enough.... They automatically recommend a cabin filter replacement (marked as red on the report) despite not checking your filter condition (I replace my own for <$15). Another annoying nit is the lack of Apple Pay support on the payment terminal (true contact less transactions). More

The Service Adviser, Matthew was professional, respectful, detailed and focused on my concern. I had my car jumped as car would not start in my driveway; thought battery may be dead. AA batter respectful, detailed and focused on my concern. I had my car jumped as car would not start in my driveway; thought battery may be dead. AA battery road service jumped the car; wanted to sell me another battery on the spot; told me battery was no good. After the battery was jumped, I decided to drive my car to the dealer for another battery check; I have always had car serviced at Honda. Matthew had the battery and car checked out; he explained exactly what I was experiencing with my battery; it was good and showed me the test results. I appreciate his time; he discussed how frequent short mileage trips can affect a battery along with tips that will help keep a battery charged. No service required! Honda is fortunate to have this employee representing their service department. Matthew gives excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable and very focused on the customer; xcellent communication skills. More
