We have been dealing with a tire loosing air pressure. The car at the last visit had less than 10,000 miles on it. I found it rather strange not to he able to make an appointment to deal with the issue bu The car at the last visit had less than 10,000 miles on it. I found it rather strange not to he able to make an appointment to deal with the issue but rather " we will work you in and it might take 4 hours or longer.And sorry but we don't have any loaner cars available." Yes after 3 visits you found the problem. Maybe. There was a nail in the tire, but that's not what you told us. We took the tire to Giddens Tire Pro in Casa Grande. They immediately found a nail.They will replace the tire. We will return to them in the future. Not real thrilled to be sitting in your waiting room waiting for our car when it is just sitting in the pick up area. A waste of our time all around. Two trips in from Casa Grande and 6 hrs of waiting when Giddens had the problem identified almost immediately. Service Rep gave us a card with all his contact #s. It took almost a week and at least 6 calls and messages for him to respond and only because I texted him and said that was the last time I was going to try to get ahold of him. Am I happy with your service? I would say not at all. More
