I was told by different car service place that my car needed “new bushings”, that mine were worn. Their estimate was just shy of $800. I drove to Auto Nation for a second opinion. They made me an appo needed “new bushings”, that mine were worn. Their estimate was just shy of $800. I drove to Auto Nation for a second opinion. They made me an appointment for the next day. A thorough 25 pt inspection was done and they declared that the bushings were fine. I was treated with respect and courtesy. This is a good place to bring your car. More

I had an appointment for a simple flat repair and I was early by 20 minutes and still waited 2 1/2 hours to get a tire fixed. It seems to me if your purchasing a new vehicle there will be salespeople all o early by 20 minutes and still waited 2 1/2 hours to get a tire fixed. It seems to me if your purchasing a new vehicle there will be salespeople all over you trying to make a sale, but once you purchase the vehicle getting the services that the salespeople talk you into takes forever. Also I had to make my appointment 6 days beforehand to get a flat repair. Discount tire, Big O tire, Walmart would have done it in one day on the spot. Auto Butler is also a joke. I've took it 3 times now and had to drop it off at night with somebody following me to take me home, or else miss work an entire day to get it cleaned. On top of that they don't do a good job. Better off at one of the car washes in any town around the valley. Salespeople shouldn't push to sell sell sell extra warranty's if you are going to get jerked around. We would never treat a customer this way where I work. Honor our warranty's in a timely manner everytime. More

Although it was quite frustrating trying to book an appointment. I had questions but could not get anyone to answer the phone, or get an answer from the online texting system.
