Glad to have received a fast service. Made appointment on line and was honored after I was upset with service advisor . All my service reps have been very respectful and listen to my concerns. Today's service on Aug 29th had good end result in what they did but pricing was questionable. The end price with 15% off and was the same amount as my 10% off quote! When I questioned to the service rep what was the $54.55 misc charges were, the answer was taxes, and use of service equipment misc. I already had a $11.25 tax entry on the bill. What??? Other than what I determined was an overcharge, I was satisfied with work done. More
