I always get excellent service at this Honda dealership. Someone comes to your car to check you in immediately. Your service advisor comes out quickly and goes over everything with you. I came to the service lane with a battery issue. I did not have an appointment & I was greeted immediately by a nice young man who offered me a water while I waited for my service advisor. Dillon Mi I did not have an appointment & I was greeted immediately by a nice young man who offered me a water while I waited for my service advisor. Dillon Miller the service advisor said they would check my battery & get me out as soon as possible. They were quite busy & without appointment I figured I was in for a long wait. To my delight they had me out with a new battery which they also pro rated in about an hour. His time estimates for services to be performed have been accurate so I know up front how long my wait will be. His review of the services needed, performed and feedback from each has been much appreciated. I try to be proactive in having my vehicle serviced to hopefully avoid surprises when traveling. More
