I took my 2017 Honda Accord in for a service. My service advisor was Brian Pocius. He ran a complimentary multipoint inspection. I brought my Honda Odyssey in with an issue of my battery going dead overnight. My service advisor Joe Kriezk was completely concerned about what needed to be done and assured me his technician would find th going dead overnight. Within 3 hours of work starting, I got the call from Joe with information on cause and fixing solutions. The price for the part was very reasonable and was told when I could pickup my Odyssey. I've been going to Joe for several years now and he has always taken care of my vehicles as if they were his. Thank you Joe!! More

Maintenence records are not maintained accurately. My vehicle records show I declined some needed services and no advisor ever advised me the services were recommended for my vehicle.
