I had an appointment this morning at 8:40 for an oil change. I arrived at 8:30 and was told it would be 2-2 1/2 hrs. How is that possible for an oil change. I decided to have the shuttle take me back change. I arrived at 8:30 and was told it would be 2-2 1/2 hrs. How is that possible for an oil change. I decided to have the shuttle take me back home but at 9:45 a m I was still waiting for the shuttle. I decided at that time, I might as well stay at the shop as my car would be done in an hour or so. At 11 a m I was told there were still three cars ahead of me. I had another appointment at noon that I could not miss. I was assured I would be out in time. At 11:53 my car was finished. Over three hours of waiting for a simple oil change when I had an appointment is completely unacceptable. I was told they normally have eight technicians doing oil changes, but they're down to only three technicians. Wouldn't it be common sense to adjust the schedule accordingly, I left a message when I got home for the service drive manager and have not received a return call. I love my honda but the service department needs major improvements in time management. More

This more of 5 star review for my Service Advisor Tom Hathaway! Whatever Autonation Honda is paying him is NOT ENOUGH! He is extremely professional but friendly, courteous and personable! He was very pat Hathaway! Whatever Autonation Honda is paying him is NOT ENOUGH! He is extremely professional but friendly, courteous and personable!
