I had my Honda Pilot serviced at AutoNation Honda by Kyle Milnes. He is my new Service Advisor. The entire appointment went very well. Took Honda in two times for repairs 1st time them said I would need to come back because it would take a day to fix. Made new appointment, Arrived at 7:30 AM and at 10:30 them called to say they need to gi would need to come back because it would take a day to fix. Made new appointment, Arrived at 7:30 AM and at 10:30 them called to say they need to give me an estimate. The car has extended from Honda, agent said he needed to call and verify. I returned to AutoNation to find out nothing had been done. said it would take up to three days to get authorization to order parts than it would take two-three days for the parts to come from California 6 hours to put them on the car. so he said they would have the car for a week. I have had 4 hondas but the service is the worst in the world. I will never return to this dealership. More
