Bought a new 2021 Honda Pilot from the Dealership in November. Added a few extras which were installed days later. Got around to adding body side moldings to the vehicle this week. Bought my car from this dealership five years ago, and based on that positive experience, I have been bringing it back here for service ever since. My vehicle was in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, but kudos to the Tech, who during the inspection, also found that the air filter had been chewed up by mice. We had indeed had a problem with mice in our garage a few months ago, so I'm grateful to the Tech who found this issue and fixed it. Dealerships vary wildly when it comes to service, but this one consistently performs professionally and efficiently, so I will keep coming back. More
