Bought a used ca online. Met with salesman and did paperwork and then he passed me I. To finance folks They tried to upsell on extended warranties. Came back a few days later to finalize and pick paperwork and then he passed me I. To finance folks They tried to upsell on extended warranties. Came back a few days later to finalize and pick up the car. Met with finance manager to finish paperwork and he initially woukd nit accept cash as down payment. A complete disconnect between sales and finance. They did not even have the car ready or know we were coming. They made it fell like WE were being a burden to them. Finance guy was cursing. xxxxty experience with them. Won’t go back there again. More
