My wife went there for an oil change, when she picked the car up from the overpriced service the gloves was not reinstalled properly and would not close. Just had the usual oil and filter change, plus tire rotation. Service advisor informed us of the time needed and kept us updated on ETA. Michael Menner did a great job explaining the cars features and worked quickly to process our paperwork and get us on the road with our new CRV. I used the night drop Friday night to leave my 2013 Honda Civic at the service department so they could start work right away in the morning around my appointment time. Scott called and let me know which other service items were needed, provided an estimate, and the services were completed below estimate (Scott applied a coupon on my behalf due to the volume of work being done), up to standards, and in a courteous, professional manner. I will always come back to and highly recommend AutoNation Honda Chandler for any car experience, whether that’s buying a car or just getting service, where the employees treat you like family and treat your car as if it’s their own. There is a lot of value knowing that the job gets done right and NOT having to worry if a technician overtightened a screw causing a leak or used an inferior part or product. More
