Had a factory recall on my 2020 Accord. Recall letter said it would take 2 hours to repair. Made a 9:00am appointment. Was told by service rep the repair would take 4 hours. After waiting a half hour the said it would take 2 hours to repair. Made a 9:00am appointment. Was told by service rep the repair would take 4 hours. After waiting a half hour the service rep said they were very busy and it would take all day and wouldn’t be finished until the next day. I cancelled the appointment. This is not the first time this has happened. BS! More
