Excuses made as to why the car wasn't cleaned and sanitized as was promised when bought. No follow up appointment was recorded even though I made one so wasted a second trip out. Service for a warranty battery issue didn’t go as planned and while initially disappointed, in the end we came to an agreement on how to proceed.
