I had an appointment at 11:30 and I told the service person that I would wait.At 1300, my car was still sitting in he lot, not in the maintenance bays. At 1;00 when I questioned about when my car would be taken back, I was told that there were 3 cars ahead of me. I thought that is what appointments were for, AND i was no getting a repair. I just wanted to know if it was safe to drive because the other individuals insurance was paying for the damage. I have used Auto Nation 385 since it opened. About 6 months ago I left and went to Wolfchase Honda because Auto Nation 385 had become significantly more expensive. I was paying for this evaluation. In this case, I had to go back because I was unsure about the damage and it was less than 2 miles away from our home. I guess that was a mistake. More
