The service staff at AutoNation Honda 385 fit us into their already very busy schedule at 7:00am on a Saturday morning and installed a new tire by 9:00am and confirmed our Honda Pilot ready to return safely home the next day. Doug in the AutoNation service department was extremely helpful, professional, and overall friendly to assist us with the successful repair of our vehicle. The service level at this dealership has been steadily declining for years now. In my latest service appointment, I advised the service department of an issue and not only was my issue not addressed, they declining for years now.
