customer service could use a sprucing up, the attitude I was welcomed with was as if I was a bother , the previous service manager that I had, which no longer works there, would update my service record boo was welcomed with was as if I was a bother , the previous service manager that I had, which no longer works there, would update my service record book and gladly make recommendations about standard maintenance. I thought that was part of a service manager's job. Guess that is no longer the case. I waited over 2 hours for a standard all point check only to be then told a transmission service was recommended which would be another 45 minutes. More
