Been coming to AutoNation Honda 365 since I purchased my car in 2014. The customer service during my last service was not up to their usual standards. Firstly, I dropped off my vehicle and requested the s car in 2014. The customer service during my last service was not up to their usual standards. Firstly, I dropped off my vehicle and requested the shuttle service. Was told I would need to wait 15 minutes. No problem. After 45 minutes, I walked over to a service advisor and asked about the shuttle status. Was told the driver has an emergency. Did any of the advisors care to inform myself and the other person waiting for the shuttle. NO!!. Not what I expected from AutoNation. Secondly, after my oil change, the dashboard indicator displays 100% Oil Life. After this service, the indicator displayed 80%. Did that mean the oil wasn't changed or the technician failed to reset the indicator? I hope it wasn't the former. Contacted the service advisor and was asked to return the next day to verify what had occurred. Yes, the oil was changed and filled. The technician failed to reset the indicator. As a result of the technician's failure to follow procedure, I had to take time off from work and return to AutoNation Honda. Again, not the service I was hoping for. More

I am very pleased with all aspects of the service. My vehicle would not start, so I didn’t have an appointment but my problem was dealt with promptly and I was kept updated on the progress.
