I went home for lunch and my Pilot wouldn’t start. I called the service department to speak to the service manager Chase Cass. He knew right away what the problem is and told me to bring it in. I jumped it and dropped it off at the shop and I needed a new battery. They took me back to work and had it done by the end of my work day. It had been washed & vacuumed. The service advisor Doug Arnold was fast & efficient and even drive my car up to the service drive so I didn’t have to find it on the lot. Superb service from AN 385! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
