IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE WARRANTY ON YOUR CAR, THINK AGAIN I will take you for a ride with the issue I am having with this business since January 24. This is issue with my 2023 CRV. On Jan 24 all the dashb I will take you for a ride with the issue I am having with this business since January 24. This is issue with my 2023 CRV. On Jan 24 all the dashboard alarms on this vehicle lit up. I have experienced similar issue with my 2018 CRV in the past and many people have, as I google and find out. Since the 23 CRV is under warranty, my wife took it to the dealership to find out what exactly happen to the car. They took in, inspected it and came back saying they need to order the part and it may take a few days, in the mean time the car is safe to drive if she wishes to use it until they get the part. Got a call that Friday 01/26 and was told I am good to bring the car on Tuesday 01/30. I dropped my car that day and waited for it to be fixed until about 5pm and texted to check. I got a call immediately and told that the issue was not really the part they were replacing, but some wire eaten by rodents. I ask for a picture and got the picture attached. I didn't really believe the story and I asked if I was driving this vehicle for the last six days in this condition but got no response. The following day I got a text saying my car is ready for pickup and I stop by after work. What I got there was a bill for $869 for the repair they claim to have done. I was pissed about it and after some negotiation I paid $415 and left with my car. Friday 02/10 around 8pm my wife went out and start the car and find out all those alarms are screaming again. The car was driven everyday since we get it back including that same day. This time, not only the alarms are screaming, but the steering wheel was stiff and to the extent that we can't even drive the car. But Saturday early morning I carefully drove it back to the dealership and left it there. Today 2/13 another xx rodent story follows another picture. I told the representative that I have three cars parked at the same driveway year round and why rodents would feed on the wires of this brand new vehicle and he was attempting to convince me with the story that the cover on this new vehicle was made from soy bean products: laughable, isn't it? I know warranty issuers always try to get out of it making up different reasons, but this makes me feel violated! I am refusing to pay 13 hours of labor cost and more for part as he presented. I decided to fight this. Wish me luck and stay away! More
