They set up an appointment for our recalls, took the car in at 8am and were done by noon. They were exceptionally friendly and accurate and couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I took my 2019 honda crv in twice for the fuel pump recall. Once in Jan. for the recall and taking it back in April when car was not starting sometimes as it should have and stalling when restarting e recall. Once in Jan. for the recall and taking it back in April when car was not starting sometimes as it should have and stalling when restarting especially during hot weather. Each time my waiting time exceeded 6 hours. The car still has the same problem, but I've given up. Don't want to spend another day at the dealership. Will probably trade the car in this year instead. Our experience with Antoine Price was great--with the finance person, not so much. We were coming to pick up a car I had ordered, so they knew we were coming. We got to the dealership by 10:15 and out by finance person, not so much. We were coming to pick up a car I had ordered, so they knew we were coming. We got to the dealership by 10:15 and out by 1:30--there is no reason that this should have taken that long. Paperwork should have been filled out waiting for me to sign. I had even asked if they wanted me to bring in my car ahead of time to get the trade-in value, and they said it wasn't necessary. I don't like to feel like the dealership wants to wear me down to get a better deal. That is unethical, and I don't like it. More
