Our sales person Alicia was great. Just about everyone we encountered was great and super helpful in getting the deal done. However, when we walked in right when they opened there were Just about everyone we encountered was great and super helpful in getting the deal done. However, when we walked in right when they opened there weren’t many people around to speak to except one salesman (not sure of his name but had tattoos on his arms) and he never looked up from his phone as we stood there waiting. When we finally approached him he was so rude with a miserable attitude. Thankfully I had called the day before and spoken to Alicia so after typing my name in his computer he realized that and sent us to her. Otherwise I would have asked for a different sales person because his attitude was not something I was willing to tolerate. Other than that it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place. More

They screwed up putting my car's crush washer back in properly after an oil change, resulting in most of the oil leaking all over my garage overnight. But warranty covered towing and repairs.
