I was shocked with the cost of this service which did not provide anything extra than what was needed, i.e. change oil, top off fluids, rotate tires. For that amount of money, I expected that my floor mats would have been vacuumed & they were not. Seriously considering having future oil changes at Firestone which costs less for the same service. I used them for many years for my 2003 Toyota Highlander as Toyota service was more expensive too. It's the little things that matter!
