DON'T TRUST THEIR CHECK LISTS. THEY DON'T EVEN DO THEM!!! Purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 from them. The whole buying experience was horrible. We were shifted back and forth through t THEY DON'T EVEN DO THEM!!! Purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 from them. The whole buying experience was horrible. We were shifted back and forth through three sales people that were never on the same page. Many times we were given excuses that turned out not to be true.They assured me that the 100+ point check list was accurate, which included "no brake issues" and "no suspension issues". Two months later had it in to Mazda for service and not only were both front brake pads were damaged from being installed wrong but both rotors were not salvageable, and that wheel bearing was damaged. Also, inner and outer ball joints/tie rod ends very bad and one tie rod was severely bent. Two tires were badly worn on the inside. One tire had split on inner sidewall. The oil/filter, and cabin filter had not been changed. Again, DO NOT trust them when they tell you that certain things have been checked and/or fixed.....THEY LIKELY HAVEN'T BEEN!!! More
went in with light to check emission system. they found nothing wrong after running tests and so they made up an issue and put silicone on my fuel cap to charge the full $200 for checking the em they found nothing wrong after running tests and so they made up an issue and put silicone on my fuel cap to charge the full $200 for checking the emission system. after complaining they ended up making me wait an hour for them to replace my fuel cap and charged $150 for a $10 fuel cap and labor. pathetic More
