Cody did a great job with getting the service order prepared & keeping me informed of the progress of the service performed. The young lady at the parts counter (failed to get her name) was also very prepared & keeping me informed of the progress of the service performed. The young lady at the parts counter (failed to get her name) was also very helpful with assisting me in the purchase of wiper blade inserts... More
I financed a Hyundai Tucson SUV from this place three months ago and I had been miserable. This is the most unprofessional, dishonest, and uncaring dealership that I've ever been to. The vehicle had gi months ago and I had been miserable. This is the most unprofessional, dishonest, and uncaring dealership that I've ever been to. The vehicle had given me problems from the very first day that I financed it. So, I was stuck paying a high car note on a vehicle that was a total lemon. I called Jason White (salesman) within 24 hours of financing and he totally dismissed my complaint telling me that the vehicle is fine and that I'm just imagining things. I asked if they would take the vehicle back and they told me that it was too late and that I had to keep it. Also, during this time, Jason White sexually propositioned me by offering to help me to sell my second vehicle (IF I would be in the bed when he arrived at my home to pick the vehicle up). Wow! Eventually, I went up to the dealership to complain to upper management (Lawrie.) While speaking with him, the finance manager (John Williams Jr.) and other car salesmen were watching us through a glass window as we spoke. I could hear and see them laughing. This goes to show how unprofessional they are at this business. Lawrie (upper management) offered to pay my deductible/out-of-pocket expenses (through AutoNation) if I took the vehicle to a shop to be repaired. The car had $2500 worth of repairs done on it. I ended up paying $500 out of my pocket when the car was still under factory warranty. Lawrie DID NOT come through as he promised. Since being repaired, the check engine light has come on, a burning smell has come from under the hood, and the car barely runs. Upon giving AutoNation a bad review on cars. com, I finally got a call from the General Manager (Phillip). During the first call he offered to trade me out of the vehicle into a better one. During the second call, he went back on his word, saying that I have a warranty on it and that I should tow it to a Hyundai dealership to be repaired........a totally different conversation from the previous one. He told me to get the vehicle fixed first and, if I'm I still dissatisfied, THEN he would be willing to allow me to trade it in. He then said that AutoNation would have to pay for the repairs for the car (in order to resell it) if I didn't get it fixed first.?????? That made no sense. It is NOT my responsibility to make the car more re-sellable. It was THEIR responsibility to make sure that the car was an operable car before financing it to me.....especially since they assured me that the car had been examined. So, if I had taken the vehicle to the shop to be repaired, I could have possibly have had to pay from $800 to thousands of dollars to fix it. There was a $400 deductible. And slick car dealerships try to get as much money as possible by trying to charge that amount for each problem that the car has. And keep in mind that I was still paying a car note on the vehicle. PLEASE do not go to this dealership unless you want to pay a car note on a lemon and (if you're a woman) get sexually propositioned by the car salesman. They are money hungry and ruthless. I personally don't see how they sleep at night. They have no conscience. More
